How to choose and get the most from your Accountant
Before you put your trust and possibly the future of your business in an accountant, here are a few points to consider when choosing an accountant:
- Do you feel you could talk to them about anything?
- Are they knowledgeable and up-to-date with all the latest legislation?
- Will you be able to get hold of them whenever you need help and advice?
- Are they commercially aware? Talk to them about your business and see how well they understand.
- Are they dynamic? You want an accountant who will pro-actively come up ideas to help you and your business.
